What You’ll Do

- Work with advisors and investment operations on workflow management
- Reconcile investment data within 6 Meridian systems and custodian(s)
- Support the trading and operations to support 3rd party money manager accounts
- Assist advisors with mutual fund due diligence, tracking, and share class conversions/redemptions
- Help maintain the investment team's Research Management System
- Work with Trading and Operations in the processing of client documentation
- Backup Investment Operations Team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics/Statistics
- Proficiency with excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Previous work experience in wealth advisory or asset management
- Acquire a working knowledge of the portfolio of accounts
- Willing to perform other tasks as assigned
- Coverage on the first day of employment for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
- Paid Parental Leave (16 weeks for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for the secondary caregiver)
