Your opportunity
  • Assist with quarterly earnings calls and analyst presenttaions, including developing presentations, press release and Q&A
  • Provide market and financial insights to senior executives through production of monthly, quarterly and annual key deliverables, including recurring executive management reports and Board materials
  • Conduct competitive/industry analysis and provide to key business stakeholders (peer analysis, analysis of relevant sell-side research notes and market trading summaries)
  • Maintain a summary of sell-side financial models and communicate key findings
  • Work across the Company to ensure consistency in messaging externally; support the creation of the annual report, assist with the annual shareholder meeting and with maintaining the IR corporate website
  • Support team with regulatory filings as needed with the New York Stock Exchange, Australian Securities Exchange and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
  • Provide analytical support for special ad hoc projects, including, rating agencies, CFO and other executives as necessary
  • Respond to shareholder services requests
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience (investor relations, strategy consulting, investment banking/equity research and/or corporate development), preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Knowledge of US GAAP standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail required with a strong drive for data integrity and governance

Nice to have
  • Experience with FactSet and Bloomberg preferred
  • Financial modeling and valuation techniques experience
  • Experience in process design and execution, production of executive management reports, presentations and memo writing

Compensation information
The base salary range for this positionis $50,000-$60,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
