Formel D is actively seeking ISIR Specialist to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. The role of the ISIR Specialist ensures correct quality documentation for all inbound material for Pre-Series vehicles.

Hourly Pay Rate • $19 per hour Schedule • 8:00AM-4:30PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Document all ISIR sampling and communicating arrival of material to the SQE • Ensure all material in warehouse is the most current material being used for vehicle launch phases • Communicate daily with various teams regarding any in correct documentation and material • Utilize SAP, BeOn, TEVON, KPM-Halle, and Pre-Series Quality Shared Folder to document all material information • Monitor and document incoming sample material for BeOn submissions as well as coordinate delivery/pickup of material with the SQE • Material will be documented in TEVON and also on excel Sample Log sheet • Monitor and document incoming material for cubing measurement and coordinate delivery/pickup of material • Review material and quality documentation upon goods receipt and cleared all matched material and documentation • Complete daily audits in various areas to confirm all quality information in SAP matches what is in the container for each handling unit • Maintain the storage closet and elevator storage area to prevent buildup of material • Block, move, scrap any non-conforming material to containment and ensure the removal of material from warehouse • Utilize daily checklist to confirm the electric golf cart is in good working condition and report any damage to the Project Manager/Supervisor • Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Project Specialist, or equivalent role • Hands-on project experience in automotive service industry fields of Quality • Decision-making authority, good organizational skills, self-initiative, negotiating skills, ability to work in a team, high flexibility • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools • Experience with suppliers and customers in the automotive industry • Good written and oral communication skills to communicate with the client and all levels of your organization Environmental Requirements: • May be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise • Some duties performed outside in all weather conditions • This is a physically demanding position • Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds • Must be able to work at heights up to 20-25 feet • Regularly stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
