We are growing and looking for an IT & ERP Project Manager to join our team to support the growing needs of our manufacturing operations.

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for acting as the liaison between IT and specific business functions to understand both business operational and development needs, to assist with the oversight and prioritization of IT projects, to develop IT/business capability roadmaps and to ensure IT projects align with technology that delivers return on investment.

The IT and ERP Project Manager will oversee the overall delivery of IT services including deployment of Exxelia Corporate IT initiatives, desktop and manufacturing customer support, and project management in support of Exxelia Micropen business needs. The IT and ERP Project Manager will oversee the project portfolio and program management, as well as serve as lead project manager as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Infrastructure team including Help Desk (both outsourced and in house resources)
• Ensure compliance with corporate security requirements and external customer security requirements
• Represent the business needs and interests within IT, contributing to appropriate Corporate IT team, operational and development meetings
• Assist with the prioritization of projects, particularly using cost / benefit analysis to proactively manage business demand
• Act as a project leader/manager, coordinating the work of both internal and external IT resources when required.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the key business processes and systems employed by the business
• Make objective recommendations regarding the relative fit of technology to business need
• Manage the operational and relationship management of third-party suppliers

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (Preferred)

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent business experience
• 5+ years of IT applications delivery/management experience
• 5+ years of IT business analysis experience
• 5+ years of IT project/program management, PMP certification a plus
• 5+ years of ERP system management, Epicor preferred
• Strong program/project management skills
• Deadline oriented and able to complete assignments promptly
• Good interpersonal skills, able to influence and engender collaboration
• Well organized and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to communicate complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner
• Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and excellent analytic skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
