IT Field Technician Job at NewGen Administrative Services
Responsibilities:
- Repair and configure Windows 10/11 based computers for use on the company network
- Troubleshoot hardware issues with Windows and network connectivity
- Work with remote IT Helpdesk to troubleshoot on-site issues
- Deliver and install equipment as needed to various locations in WA/OR
- Maintain and track IT inventory
- Help users navigate use of the Microsoft 365 environment

Other Information:
- LA Position: This position will require travel 3-5 days/week most weeks throughout Southern California; primarily Los Angeles County.
- Orchard Park Position: This position will require travel 2-4 days/week most weeks throughout Northwest Washington (Tacoma, Seattle, Puyallup), with occasional travel to other areas of Washington and Oregon.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Mileage reimbursement provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $35.28 per hour
