The candidate shall provide network troubleshooting and helpdesk support, problem definition, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, coordination, maintenance of IT systems, and documentation as needed to accomplish tasks using current systems and tools in use. Maintain network domains, accounts, and associated documentation within file structure and associated tools. Provide system administration services for IT systems such as operation and maintenance, managing user accounts, file management, systems development, systems analysis services, automated information system (AIS) design and integration services, backup, recovery, security, and data conversion services. The candidate will manage day to day operations of helpdesk to include: assigning work tickets, following up on completed tickets, and providing metrics.

Requirements:

  • Helpdesk experience
  • Ticketing system experience
  • ServiceNow experience a plus
  • IAT Level I Certified
  • Active Security Clearance
