Role Overview:

Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent for a IT Project Manager role. We are looking for an individual who is forward thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.

As the IT Project Manager, you’ll lead technical projects from start to finish and engage with global stakeholders to ensure success. You’ll also be a crucial partner supporting innovative technology and keeping Amplifon cutting edge as we focus on the customer journey.

Success Criteria:

A successful candidate needs to strike a balance between the “art” and “science” of project management. Strong leadership skills like communication and vision are critical as you look at the viability of new technology long term. Detailed knowledge of technology, strong analysis skills, and the ability to be immersed into the business process are also paramount to implement the project. The best part? You get to flex your skills in both.

In this role you will:

• Drives scope development and management
• Collect and structure the available data impacting the project
• Understands the how the project affects various functions across the organization and the overall business
• Ensure transparency with planned activities between IT the business data owners
• Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project life cycles

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in a global organization, specifically in IT
• Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
• PMP/PMI Certification preferred but not required

Technical Skills & Experience

• Subject matter expert in M365 products: SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure file share
• Understanding of enterprise platforms such as CRM, web, database servers, middleware, API and EDI integration
