About Our Role

The primary role of an Information Technology Support Analyst is to provide excellent customer service for all technical requests and issues submitted to the department by the Agency. Analyst work as a team to provide support through telephone, e-mail, and in-person interactions. Technical Support Analysts are expected to provide efficient and effective communications during the lifecycle of the request with an emphasis towards exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently as a first-line Electronic Health Record (EHR) support for clinical staff
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and demonstrates patience when working with end-users of varying skill levels
  • Demonstrate excellence in computer knowledge of systems required to perform duties
  • You will use your experience in information technology to assist with and maintain current software systems and applications primarily involving Netsmart and other Ancillary Systems
  • Assist in troubleshooting and correcting errors, adapting to new hardware, or maintaining interfaces and working with vendor to improving performance
  • Assisting in preparing systems and users for upgrades and hotfixes for all operating systems, and applications
  • Installing and configuring new hardware/software

Qualifications

  • 3 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience
  • Previous experience training and supporting staff on information systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write clearly and effectively Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to learn new applications
  • Familiarity with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports
  • Working knowledge of SQL database
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate user needs and train end-users
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems while focusing on results through positive interactions
  • Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs)

Salary: $58,000 to $60,000 based on experience
