This person will support Knowledge base materials in ServiceNow following a MASSIVE initiative to consolidate all of their instances. Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in IT Support/Help Desk role
• At least 1 year of experience using ServiceNow specifically with the Knowledge module.

o Experience creating, updating & modifying KB Articles

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification

Responsibilities:

• Creating, updating & modifying KB Articles including links, images, and other content in ServiceNow
• Edit knowledge content prepared by other writers or staff
• Assisting with incidents linked to outdated article
• Contacting Service Owners, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to confirm article content updates when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
