BostonFam| d.b.a Furniture & Appliance Mart and Ashley Homestore is currently seeking a Part-Time IT Support Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a self-motivated, multi-tasking, dependable team member, with great interpersonal skills; one who communicates very well and is goal orientated. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring and responding to systems issues and user support requests, enhancing the IT infrastructure, and supporting the IT department in various projects.

What you will be doing each day:

· Responding to user requests in the IT Help Desk.

· Monitoring server and client systems for performance and security issues.

· Supporting the IT department in project development and completion.

We are looking for individuals with:

Professional training or experience in IT support and security. Cybersecurity experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with the following systems or environments is preferred:

PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance

Windows 10

Windows Server

TCP/IP

VMWare virtual environments

Microsoft 365

Active Directory
