IT System Administrator & Senior Field Engineer (MSP)
We are currently seeking a IT System Administrator & Senior Field Engineer (MSP) to join our field and remote service team. SIT System Administrator & Senior Field Engineer (MSP) will be responsible for network and system administration, end user support, and project-based work.
The IT System Administrator & Senior Field Engineer (MSP) will join an award winning and one of the fastest growing Cloud/Managed Services Providers in Lockport, IL where employees partake in quarterly bonuses, continual training, and an emphasis on work life balance.
IT System Administrator & Senior Field Engineer (MSP) Key Technologies:
- Installation & configuration of Windows Servers
- VMware ESXi & Hyper-V
- Azure AD (Azure VMs a plus) / O365
- ConnectWise or other ticketing / RMM experience
- AWS experience a plus
IT System Administrator & Senior Field Engineer (MSP)Requirements:
- 4+ years in system administration
- 2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree (preferred but not a must have)
- Experience managing a set of small to medium size business clients
- Experience with Windows Servers, O365, Azure ad, VMware, Hyper-V, and SonicWALL

- Salary: $70,000-$90,000 (dependent on experience)
