Broad River Rehab is looking for a full-time IT Technical Support candidate in Asheville, NC.
Broad River Rehab is a rapidly growing, NC based therapy company that partners with providers across all settings including assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
Job Description
- Assisting to manage devices such as laptops, printers, and other tools used by Broad River staff.
- Troubleshooting with staff via remote support software.
- Streamlining the process of tracking computers and equipment during preparation process and life of equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Expert Microsoft Office Skills (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Good communication skills
- Able to give clear instructions to end user.
- Degree or equivalent work experience preferred (Information systems/technologies background preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with employees.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
