IT Technician II Job at Geeks Uneek INC
Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of user workstations, software and peripherals for customers.
- Install, test and update computer equipment (computers, servers, peripherals, programs and software)
- Ensure the maintenance, administration and security of hardware
- Install, operate and maintain network services, routers, concentrators, hubs switches,modems and other network devices following technical plans.
- Diagnose and treat incidents
- Write procedures and various technical documents
- Provide user support for initial training on equipment and software
- Responsible for opening, merging and closing IT Tickets.
- Responsible to resolve I.T issues by going onsite or remotely
- Have the ability to create quotes for products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
