This person will help guide the technical development of their asset management application and modules within their ServiceNow instance and will play a key role in providing input to the Asset Management ServiceNow roadmaps! Requirements:
o Development of HAM and SAM modules
- 5+ years’ experience in an Architect/Developer role
- 5+ years’ experience working with ServiceNow platform specifically ITAM
o Development of HAM and SAM modules
- ServiceNow System Admin or Developer Certification
Nice to have:
• Software Asset Management certification
• Software Asset Management certification
- Hardware Asset Management certification
- IAITAM Membership or Certification
- ITIL v4 Certification
Responsibilities
:
- Provide technical input to development of HAM and SAM Roadmap
- Look for opportunities to improve and mature Asset Management process from the ServiceNow tooling perspective
- Create and maintain technical process documents
- Review release notes for hot fixes, security patches and version changes and make team aware of any potential impacts to the Asset Management applications or modules
- Create stories and tasks as needed/work with the scrum team to create stores for changed to the Asset Management applications or modules
- Identify gaps, pain points, duplications of effort, and overlaps and provide guidance and recommendations to harmonize business processes across various business units
