Janitor Supervisor - Night Position

Alliance Building Services is looking for supervisors at commercial and medical accounts throughout the Everett area. These cleaning professionals will go to different cleaning accounts, supervise a crew and be responsible for a janitorial run.

Pay $21.00

$500 signing bonus after 90 Days of employment

Minimum requirements to be considered for this role are:

• 1 year or more janitorial experience
• Valid US driver's license
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Work assignments will include the Snohomish county area.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID 19

Alliance Building Services is a full-service maintenance company operating in the greater Seattle Area. We provide janitorial services, window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, lighting, building restoration, and grounds care.

Schedules will vary

Weekends may be required. Night schedule will be required. Hours are typically 7:00 p.m. - 3:30 a.m.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must be Vaccinated against Covid-19

A criminal background check and driving record check will be conducted.

Janitor Supervisor – Job Description

• Oversee all janitorial work of a crew within the job site, check employees' work and train employees.
• Possibly travel to different locations primarily in the Snohomish County area.
• Accept and respond to work orders via e-mail, inventory supplies, complete order forms, collect payroll information.
• Respond to customer and Alliance Building Services requests via phone, email or logbook.
• Must be able to interface with building management.
• Will complete janitorial cleaning tasks regularly.

Janitor – Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to use a backpack vacuum for extended periods of time
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with different crews daily
• Committed to excellent cleaning and communication with other Alliance Building Service staff.
