Full Janitorial Job Description

Excel at this job and your pay will grow. This is a vital position for a wildly successful private club that has broken ground on a 30,000 square foot clubhouse which is set to open in May of 2023. You will be a much needed and appreciated team member to the staff. Responsibilities:

• Cleans clubhouse, pool facility, cart barn, on course bathrooms and surrounding areas.
• Check all restrooms frequently for cleanliness and replenishes toiletries.
• Scrubs bathroom floors at least once a week with proper cleaning solution.
• Patrols pool area, patio and grounds—cleans tables, empties garbage.
• Cleans all outside area walkways, porch areas and pool area deck.
• Power wash concrete areas at pool and around clubhouse.
• Power wash exterior of buildings.
• Washes windows and doors.
• Spot-cleans walls and doors; removes cobwebs; cleans fire extinguishers.
• Wipes baseboards, phones, walls, and food and beverage common areas.
• Vacuums and shampoos carpet.
• Mops and cleans floors in clubhouse.
• Wears protective equipment provided by property when needed
• Reports any security or safety issues.
• Assist with cleanliness of golf cars.
• In the evening checks all storage or back of house doors to see if they have been properly secured.
• Paints needed areas in the clubhouse to assure a new and fresh appearance.
• Assists members with requests including but not limited to special requests.
• Provide support for special events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

• Primary hours will be mornings on weekdays.
• Weekend and night availability needed.
• Limited overtime available.

Supplemental Pay:

• Christmas bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
