ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

40k or 45k + benefits and sales commission - eastern shore area

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Read and understand building specifications for designated accounts – be the go-to person for understanding the expectations for the building

· Set up service schedules (day porter, periodic work, etc.) and confirm set-up and competition with assistance of Operations Manager

· Assist in the day-to-day communication with customer and our day team; facilitate any necessary information to Operations Manager for evening service

· Perform periodic walk-throughs and inspections of building(s) with Operations Manager; and as needed with the customer

· Actively participate in the job cost meeting for the assigned accounts to be aware of the performance of the accounts (VGP) – make adjustments/recommendations to operational budget (staffing, equipment, supplies) with assistance from VP of Operations

· Provide guidance to the operations management team on matters related to performance management, staffing/recruitment, training, payroll, and HR compliance.

· Establish work standards and flow.

· Establish and maintain effective lines of communications with the client, and account personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements are being met per the contract.

· Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company and Clients.

· Demonstrate and promote company culture and values.

· Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyze and resolve quality and customer service problems; identify trends; recommend improvements.

· Report all disciplinary matters to the Human Resources Manager and follow the company’s Progressive Disciplinary Plan.

· Job duties may be modified at any time.

· Other duties as requested by Human Resources and/or Executive team. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
