Janitorial Worker/Housekeeping Job at Executive Management Services,Inc
We are looking for dependable people to take care of our buildings and carry out minor janitorial cleaning. The goal is to keep you safe, then we'll keep the buildings clean. All tasks can be trained, the only qualification is to be a good person.
PERFORMANCE BONUSES PAID MONTHLY TO THOSE WHO EARN IT
Shift is Monday thru Friday early AM to mid day.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, break rooms, and restrooms
- Cooperate with all the staff and customer staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Slight knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Dependable and likeable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
