To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Associate in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Current RN licensure in DC & MD or willingness to obtain needed license.
- Active American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS CPR
- Valid Maryland drivers’ license and current auto insurance, working vehicle; Auto Insurance
- Critical care experience required; home care experience preferred
- Passion for educating patients in their home environment
- Experience with electronic documentation
- Excellent communication skills
