This is a full-time day shift opening. Hours will be discussed in interview. Must take call and be able to obtain a Master Electrician License within 6 months of hire.
Job Description
Our Journeyman Electrician/Maintenance Tech will be responsible for all light electrical, pump, and motor wiring, testing and a variety of routine-to-skilled preventive maintenance duties in the repair, alteration and modification of building, equipment and facilities.
Candidate must have knowledge of plant maintenance, HVAC systems, boiler systems, plumbing repair, building construction, drywall, painting, grounds keeping, Med Air System, Air Handling systems, Chiller and general equipment.
The technician's job duties will be to perform maintenance of facilities equipment, HVAC, Boilers, Pumps, Reservoir, Plumbing: Faucets, Drains, Valves, Building Construction: Drywall, Studs, Painting, Walls, Snow Removal, & Grounds keeping.
