Annual Salary: $50,000 - $71,000

Journeyman Service Plumber Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of plumbing installation, repair and maintenance, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Service Plumber the most important skill you to bring to the table is troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Responsibilities: As a Journeyman Service Plumber you will be doing the following things on a daily basis.

  • Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine the specific plumbing needs.
  • Provide estimates for plumbing services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Train and supervise apprentices and entry-level plumbers.
  • Adhere to all local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and education
  • Willing to work overnights & early mornings.
  • Willing to work on-call rotation. As well as holidays if on-call.
  • Willing to travel within the state on special calls.

Journeyman Service Plumber Qualifications:

  • Provide proof of your Journeyman Plumber License
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass drug screen clearance

*** This is a full-time W2 position with a competitive salary and benefits package. This is NOT a contractor position.
