Job Title: JPMRC Fort Shafter Hawaii Part Time On-Call (PTOC) Surge Analyst

Position Description:

PD Systems is seeking Part Time On-Call (PTOC) Surge Analysts to serve as combat, combat support, or combat service support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during JPMRC Brigade level exercise at Schofield Barracks, Hi, Yakima Training Site (YMS) near Yakima, WA, and Donnelly Training Area (DTA) near Ft. Greely, AK. Surge Analysts will provide necessary background and skills to facilitate the smooth flow of doctrinally correct information between EXCON Headquarters elements and the Rotational Training Unit (RTU). Surge Analysts will ensure Commander’s Training Objectives (CTO) are accomplished, and if not, investigate why. This position will assist in the gathering of detailed data for input to both the Middle Rotational AAR (MIDRO), the Final AAR and the Take Home Package (THP). The ultimate goal of Surge Analysts is to improve the war fighting skills of the Brigade Combat Team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned functional area.
• Operate the ITACSS system to provide necessary data and input concerning tactical exercise flow and specific events.
• Generate charts/graphs and reports concerning daily exercise events.
• Maintain required currency for required on-line training.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Communicate on tactical/observer controller radios.
• Familiar with MDMP and Army After Action Review process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fourteen (14) years military active duty or USAR/NG service.
• Must have Combat or Combat Training Center (CTC) experience. CTC experience preferably as OC/T Desirable, experience at Joint Pacific Multi-National Readiness Center (JPMRC).
• Must possess current Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must complete mandatory on-line training prior to deployment.
