RMC is hiring a Jr. Help Desk Analyst in support of the Washington Navy Yard. The selected applicant will be responsible for:
- Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s)
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Maintaining a professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment
- Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems
- Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
- Documenting internal procedures
- Assisting with the onboarding of new users
- Provide Desktop and System Administration support
- Support user accounts in Active Directory
One (1) year of System Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience and DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + CE) is required. The selected applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologies.
Security Clearance : An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
