The Junior Operations Specialist is a support position that not only assists with various tasks from various operations related departments but has the opportunity to learn the inner workings of one of the fastest growing solar companies in America. This position aids internal teams in ensuring that every project is flowing through the proper channels efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with creating monitoring sites from information in our database and reports error codes that arise upon the site creation
• Assures required photos are uploaded and successfully create the layout
• Responds to several communication channels in a timely manner
• Helps to submit plan sets online and in person as needed
• Uploads pertinent information to customer accounts
• Learns how to oversee an active pipeline of solar projects, ensuring pipeline is making smooth progress across each stage
• Supports the operations staff with their weekly tasks
• Assists in the active review of monitoring system projects, determining if remedial action must be taken
• Contributes to finding creative resolutions to whatever blockers might be in the way of you getting your project to the finish line
• Collaborate in a cross-functional teamwork environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be self-motivated as well as thrive in a team environment
• Ability to manage workflow while multitasking
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
• Must be capable of completing tasks in time allotted
