About the Position:

This candidate will work collaboratively with business partners under the direction of the Talent Management Acquisition specialist to move candidates through the selection process, build a talent pipeline program with area colleges and universities, and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This entry-level role is perfect for a career-driven individual who recently graduated and has about three years of working experience.

Schedule:

Monday Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Your Role:

  • Provide high-quality customer service that exceeds our client's and their families' expectations.
  • Manage passive applicant process including identifying, screening candidates.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and serving as the main point of contact for workflows and technical issues. Provide aid to users and platform representatives.
  • Deliver and manage new hire orientation which includes but isn't limited to enrollment, communication, registration, and content development.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hiring needs which includes but isn't limited to job posting details and process, etc.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates newly hired at Mountainside.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers and department colleagues to ensure all candidates and newly hired employees complete all steps related to their cycle of employment.
  • Assist with presentations.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts including the identification of opportunities, preparing items for giveaways, and communication with locations.
  • Triage low-level, employee relations matters.
  • Perform low-level transactions in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Assist with recordkeeping and documentation
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Interact in person with colleagues, vendors and other business partners.
  • Work collectively with the marketing department to ensure recruiting materials are available for recruitment efforts and activities.
  • Travel – 10% - New England area

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent three year's work experience preferably in medical.
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting or human resources required.

Compensation:

The base rate of pay for this position is $58,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
