HVAC Service Technician - Junior Level

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Job Description:

We are seeking an junior-level HVAC technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HVAC troubleshooting and a willingness to learn, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Help with providing estimates for HVAC services
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Adhere to all local HVAC codes and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and education
• Learn to work in residential and commercial settings
• Willing to work overnights & early mornings
• Willing to work on-call rotation. As well as holidays if on-call.
• WiIling to travel within the state on special calls

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass drug screen clearance
