We are looking for an Operations Supervisor with ten+ years of experience to oversee our day-to-day operations (Day Care - Boarding - Dog Grooming etc. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, team setting and maintaining profitability in budgeted areas. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment where rapid change is the norm and no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
- Plan work schedule to meet company deadlines.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Handle cash transactions and make change for customers.
- Lead workers in the workday.
- Meet production goals and deadlines.
- Resolve customer issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
