Summary: The Key Account Manager will be focused on managing maintenance, and growing key accounts throughout the United States. As the Key Account Manager you will be expected to further develop growth strategies to bring in new business to further positioning of brand. The Key Account Manager will provide sales analysis, meet seasonal market needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for both current and new clients and markets
  • Collaborate with Production and Merchandising Departments to meet production and delivery windows for collection edits, seasonal and core products
  • Manage monthly forecasts and projected sales across accounts
  • Provide analysis on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal level to provide recommendations or recaps
  • Meet with clients to provide in store trainings, discuss marketing initiatives and seasonal business opportunities
  • Communicate risk analysis and provide corrective actions plans to offset risks
  • Create P&L by account and provide general on-going maintenance
  • Manage contract negotiations with buyers, including commercial terms
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective business operation practices and assist with inventory management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience relative to Account Management in the footwear or fashion industry, required
  • Proven account management experience with large retailers
  • Prior experience with MAP pricing and 3PL, required
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, and ERP systems, required
