Keyperson Job at Chinook Winds
Position Summary
Responsible for providing exemplary guest service by selling change and providing technical assistance to customers regarding slot operations.
Essential Functions
- Provides information and technical assistance to customers regarding machine operations
- Circulates through assigned area selling change to customers
- Maintains assigned bank to ensure accurate balances & transactions
- Safeguards entrusted monies, keys and properties
- Monitors lights indicating customers requests for change and service
- Replenishes ticket paper
- Reports customer disputes to Slots Supervisor
- Assists customers with machine malfunctions such as currency & paper jams
- Signs jackpot tickets, & updates jackpot records
- Informs customer of benefits for using Chinook Winds Winners Circle Players Cards
- Monitors slot play & notifies supervisor of complaints or concerns
- Maintains general appearance of work area
- Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards
- Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs and services.
- Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.
- Assist Slots Supervisor with other duties when required
- All other duties as assigned.

Education
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience
One year customer service and cash handling experience preferred
Certificates & Licenses
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
