The Kitchen Supervisor has the responsibility of directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant's kitchen, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, financial accountability, having a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent people and time management skills. Previous management and kitchen experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 18+ years old for this job.

The Kitchen Supervisor will have 3 groups of Employees reporting directly to them; Team Leaders, Team Members, New Hires. They will report directly to the Executive Director Team.

Required to work 40-50 hours per week.
Required to be available during the entire shift for which they are responsible. This includes either opening or closing the restaurant.
Required to be available to work any of the 6 days we are open during the shift assigned
Required to have at least 1 year experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry (2 years if non-industry experience).
Minimum age of 18+ years old for this job
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on feet for several hours
Ability to work outdoors
