As a valued member of the PrimeFlight team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining of buildings, facilities, and related work as required. In this position you will provide prompt and efficient service by performing the following duties:

• Assist in training, assigning, and checking the work of lower-level employees.
• Often designated lead worker
• Duties may include cleaning and preparing the job side, loading and delivering materials, using a variety of tools and machines such as:
• Blowtorches
• Forklifts
• Levels
• Lifts
• Power Drills
• Grinders
• Saws
• Pressure Washers
• Water Spraying Equipment.
• May be responsible for setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures.

Competency:

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform work under minimal supervision. Must handle complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher- level staff. You must possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first level supervisor. General Qualifications

Education/Experience:

Requires a high school diploma and 4 to 6 years of experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, supervisor, as well as other employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid State Driver’s License with a verifiable safe vehicle operating record.
