Our processing team needs a hard-working, positive individual. This candidate will help process all the products that we sell at our Auctions. Each day brings a different set of expectations depending on the new target to complete. Building a team of quality people is the key to our daily success.

Scope of Responsibilities

All candidates go through a trial period of no more than one week before being considered for a full-time hiring. Our processing team is currently considered a 4-person to a 6-person team. Its primary role is to break down items from manufacturers into auction packs. These are the units that customers see in our auctions and are in a more user-friendly size. The processing team also performs the role of quality control by separating any products that are not of the desired quality and packaging them separately, then tagging them with the issue. After that, the processing team tags all the auction packs with product details. These tags are used by other teams in the Auction process. This team plays a crucial role in our ability to rotate and process inventory.

Candidates without a driver’s license and not willing to commit to arriving to work every day will not be considered. We have invested a lot in our team by hiring good people, and now, we want to add good people to complement the team.

Day to Day with Us

A typical workday begins at 8 am and ends at 4:30 pm with a ½ hour lunch. Occasionally these teams have overtime, especially the Processing Team when we need to have a certain amount accomplished by a specific time. We are supporters of leaving the day at a certain point rather than a certain time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
