The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor. California PLS or LSIT in pursuit of PLS registration a plus. In addition, the candidate must have a valid California Driver’s License in good standing and be authorized to work in the United States.
Typical Field Duties include:
- Strong boundary analysis and boundary determination skills required
- CAD drafting/calcs in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Prepare ALTA/NSPS Surveys
- Prepare Topographic Surveys
- Prepare Subdivision Maps and Lot Line Adjustments
- Construction Surveys and Staking Calculations
- Communication with field crews
- Supervise other survey team members
- Quality control/assurance
This position is Full-Time, hourly and comes with an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401k plan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
