Landscape Construction Estimator Job at Three Oaks Contractors, Inc.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Estimator / Project Manager.
Preferred qualifications for position include:
- Understanding the Management of multiple areas and materials related to Landscape and Hardscape Construction
- General knowledge of civil Site Work specifically drainage and grading on both a residential and a commercial scale
- General knowledge of elevations and layouts pertaining to hardscape surfaces
- General knowledge and understanding of Landscape and Irrigation
- Ability to identify plant material and knowledge of native plants specifically to the Charleston area
- General knowledge for estimating landscape and hardscape projects
- Proficient in Excel and knowledge of Bluebeam Software
- Knowledge and ability to read construction and landscape plans
- Ability to acquire proposals from subcontractors in required trades
- Willingness to contact Vendors and price project materials
We are a family owned business that has been in the Charleston area since 1950. We work primarily in, but not limited to, the larger Charleston metropolitan area including Downtown Charleston, North Charleston, Johns Island, Kiawah and Seabrook Islands, Mt. Pleasant, Daniel Island, Sullivans Island and the Isle of Palms.
