• Design Support

• Accompany lead designer on leads when necessary (this allows all measurements, pictures, and conversations to take place at the initial appointment).
• Create initial landscape design concepts, review with lead designer, and transfer ideas into dynascape.
• Create 3D imaging or outsource if resources allow.
• Create plant pictures for sales presentation (as needed).
• Render designs digitally or by hand if preferred.
• Create additional support pictures for presentations.
• Design revisions as needed.
• Work with lead designer to create maintenance proposals.
• Create maintenance paperwork when needed.

• Production Phase

• Work with lead designer to create and supply permit materials for submission to various cities.
• Create production crew files.
• Review plants and hardscapes in inventory.
• Order plant material.
• Order hardscapes.
• Tag plant material.
• o Tag hardscapes.
• Submit plant inventory to administrative staff.
• Double check plants and hardscapes a week ahead of installation (preferably Friday at least 1 week ahead of project installation date).
• Paint out design at jobsites the day before installation (Coordinate with lead designer as needed).

• Support project installation

• Visit jobsites when needed to instruct crews (construction and maintenance).
• Place lights, plants, and other detail as needed (coordinate with lead designer).
• Visit projects 2 weeks post installation to answer client questions, provide plant review and excellent customer service.

• Warranty

• Execute plant checks and plant replacement requests. This involves visiting the site, potential customer interaction, diagnosis of plant problem, completion of plant replacement paperwork.
• Update virtual small jobcard list
• When possible complete warranty visits for lighting, poly sand, hardscape, and pruning related quality checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
