Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect Job at Civil Site Group
Civil Site Group has an immediate opening for a Landscape Designer/Project Designer. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hard-working pre-professional. This role will offer tremendous growth potential and career enlargement for the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Preparing site development plans utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Preparing landscape plans and details utilizing Civil 3D
- Coordination with developers, architects, and government staff
- General CAD drafting - site, demolition, utilities, etc.
- Grading, rendering, stormwater modeling
- Preparing stormwater management plans to comply with MN regulatory guidelines
- Engineering cost estimates
- General office management / coordination of duties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
The following qualifications are preferred but not required for the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- Possess 1-5 years of experience performing similar duties
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative
- Possess a working knowledge and understanding of Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Professional licensure not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
