Esthetician/ Laser Technician - busy Medical SPA in Naperville, IL
Skinovatio Medical Spa is seeking for Esthetician/Laser Technician to join our Naperville, IL team.
Primary responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years of experience in laser hair removal
Experience with body sculpting devices
- Must know how to perform: Facials, Micro-needling (with and without Platelet Rich Plasma) chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and Hydrafacial.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic (Taking before and after photos.
answering phone calls, regular inventory counts including retail products and backbar products, ensuring we are always properly stocked!)
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals within the clinic!
- Ensuring appropriate protocols are followed
- Managing clinic inventory and laser maintenance
Qualifications:
Candidates MUST have Illinois Issued Professional License and minimum 2 years of experience. Candidates must have all certifications required to operate laser equipment. Candidates must also possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic and ability to sell within a retail environment. All applicants must have basic computer skills. The right candidates will know how to inspire diverse customers and make them feel welcome and valued, as well as inspire employees to reach their goals and potential. We are seeking excellent communicators who are able to work in a fast paced environment
