JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Hotel Manager, the Laundry Attendant performs
routine duties regarding washing, folding, and storing all hotel linens. Supplies room
attendants with all linen items that are required for the convenience and comfort of the guest,
as well as any linens necessary in the Food and Beverage Department. Applicants should be
advised that the Tribe reserves the right to disqualify applicants whose prior activities pose a
threat to the public interest. Friendly, professional attitude always required. Must be willing to
work nights, weekends, and holidays. Neat clean appearance is a must.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Good organizational skills required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.
• High standards of personal hygiene.
• Ability to multi-task.
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must adhere to Legendary Waters Resort & Casino’s policies and procedures.
• Must adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Wash and fold all linens of the hotel and Food and Beverage departments.
• Ensure all necessary supplies are maintained at proper par levels.

• Pre-sort linens to locate stained or torn items.
• Maintain assigned storage areas.
• Assure that the laundry equipment is running properly.
• Keep inventory of linen in storage.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
