POSITION DETAILS:

Spring/Summer/Fall -- Lawn Care Technician

• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
• Upsell existing and generate new customers in the field
• Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3pm (varies throughout the season)
• $20 - $25 per hour average, $30+ / hr top performers, $18 / hr for training
• Production based pay

Winter -- Marketing Representative

• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners in neighborhoods where we have existing customers.
• Door to door community outreach, No selling is required!
• Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
• $20 - 22 per hour, $18 per hour for training

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds several times each day
• Ability to reliably commute to work

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

We are looking to fill our paid, lawn care apprentice position. There is no experience necessary for this position, as we provide paid training for all aspects, and help with obtaining your Pesticide/Herbicide license.

We provide an environmentally responsible approach to fertilization, weed & pest control management for residential lawns. Our commitment to superior products & building relationships with our customers, is what keeps them coming back year after year and allows us to experience the success we have!

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
