We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Specialist. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service, and a desire to learn new skills. A successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of residential and/or commercial properties and must meet daily deadlines using various tools and methods. The Lawn Care Specialist reports to the Grounds Supervisor and works closely with the Operations Manager on projects such as landscaping, irrigation installation and repairs, horticultural maintenance and snow removal.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a lawn and garden using a variety of techniques to best fit the particular landscaping.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace.
• Follow the policies and procedures of the employer in regards to the maintenance of the property.
• Use equipment such as rakes, shovels, and shears.
• Follow all government regulations regarding chemicals and fertilizers that are used on lawns or in gardens.
• Communicate with property owners about any problems or suggestions for improvements with their lawn.
