Job description:

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Entry level Solar Lead Generation Reps to join our team! With unlimited potential to grow with the company, Soaring Solar is focused on finding people passionate about learning and are hungry for success. Let us help you transform your life and spread the word of Solar all over the globe.

This is an entry-level position which requires you to talk to current and potential customers about power-saving products for their homes. You will go to different territories in the area with your team and see if customers are interested in learning more about solar!

• Attend daily team meetings where you get access to training, a supportive team, and have the chance to get promoted very quickly.
• Utilize phone apps to navigate the territory each day.
• Bring high energy to the team and motivate one another.

Qualifications:

• Must have Solar Experience.
• Willingness to learn and a go getter attitude.
• Preferred sales and customer service experience, but NOT REQUIRED
• Have a passion for helping people and making an impact on our planet.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable form of transportation and a Driver’s License
• Mobile Device to be utilized for day-to-day tasks when in each territory.
• Comfortable walking or standing during much of the workday.
