We are located in PG County convenient to Bowie Maryland. Our vision is a new vision to offer upscale services to our DMV gentlemen.

Responsibilities:Lead Hostess

• Master the appointment scheduling system using Vagaro
• Understand booking preferences and anticipate the client’s needs
• Build up your team of Hostesses to perform as “Star Hostesses”
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized
• Perform scheduling of your team of hostesses to ensure you have staff to work each day
• Coach, Mentor, and Lead the hostess staff
• Timesheet management
• Perform inventory check of services supplies, retail inventory and update the system and provide order information to the General Manager
• Have detailed knowledge of all DHG services and products
• Ability to perform all the hostess responsibilities listed

Qualifications:Qualifications

• Retail, restaurant, cosmetology, marketing, hotel hospitality is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work opening/closing, holidays, and weekends
• Positive attitude focused on finding solutions
• Enthusiasm for self-care and grooming
