RIGBY & PELLER is a high-end lingerie boutique looking for a Lead Stylist at our New York city location on Madison Avenue at 90th Street.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction by delivering an amazing ‘Customer Journey’ for each customer in the boutique.
• Demonstrate lingerie styling excellence using the Rigby & Peller fitting method which provides clients with fit, fashion, and style.
• Lead all operations, including shipping, receiving, and transfers.
• Act in accordance with our Values at all times: Quality, Passion, Authenticity, Entrepreneurship, Teamwork, and Customer Focus.
• Keep the boutique clean, organized and looking premium.
• Share your passion by encouraging coworkers and helping them with challenges.
• Support the growth of the boutique and client satisfaction by acting as a positive, confident and energetic force with both coworkers and customers.
• Show a willingness to learn and respond to coaching feedback on how to improve performance continuously.
• Work closely with all team members to ensure a premium experience for our customers from start to finish.

Skills and competences:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally with a premium retail brand
• Enthusiastic and positive individual who is sales and target driven
• Self-motivated and can embrace the company goals and guidelines
• Team builder with positive attitude
• Interested in providing operational support
• Discrete and professional at all times
• Expressive communicator
