Lead MASINT Analyst/Engineer – RF MASINT (TS/SCI)

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a lead analyst/engineer in Dayton Ohio to support our Project Management Office (PMO).
This position requires Subject Matter Expertise (SME)-level experience in RF MASINT disciplines supporting multiple contract vehicles for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). Specifically, this involves extensive background in managing project teams/tasks in producing intelligence solutions for RF MASINT disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of analysis and creation of all-source RF MASINT products in the following areas:
- Over the Horizon Radar (OTHR)
- Noncooperative Target Identification (NCTI)
- Line of Sight (LOS) Radar
- Bistatics
- Support research and development (R&D) and sustainment on RF MASINT tools including:
- SCIMITAR, SPIT, HMR, DTRAN, Altitude Estimator, NATE, Synthetic Target Generator, and CEDIT
- TrajRecon, PCWB
- XMidas
- Support new tool development in areas including:
- Target ID
- Trending & Pattern of Life analysis
- Production automation
- Verification & Validation
- Perform role as Project Manager in this discipline responsible for opportunity capture, proposal aspects, execution deliverables, financial tracking and overall customer satisfaction
- Perform role of technical liaison between SRC project management office and NASIC
- Provide technical recommendations on RF MASINT contracting strategies
- Work with internal/external stakeholders and other domain SMEs to apply knowledge to scenarios and strategies in the pursuit of additional on contract tasking
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, business management or related field is preferred
- Over 10-years of experience in RF MASINT applications required
- Must have experience managing tasks on the ATEP-II contract within the past 5-years
- Must have background on current NASIC contract vehicles and be proficient in proposal applications supporting this customer
- Must be a strong technical writer capable of capturing complex ideas and concepts in technical reports and documents
Security Clearance Requirements
Must have a current SSBI TS/SCI security clearance
