Are you graduating, have recently graduated (within 2 years), have a technical degree, and want to be challenged?

Our Leadership Rotation Program (LRP) is a unique opportunity to join SPIROL International Corp. and gain a true appreciation into what has gotten us to where we are today.

While individual training plans may vary, during your first year with SPIROL, you will:

• Complete an assignment in Application Engineering
  • You will learn our products and develop proposals to meet the needs of our Customers
• Complete process and measurement training within our Quality Department
• Complete multiple week long Hands-on Methods of Manufacturing rotations throughout our Danielson, CT facility
  • Learn the setup and operation of both commercially available and proprietary equipment
  • Manufacture, inspect, and process sellable product
• Conduct In-depth Focus Area rotations
  • You will complete rotations lasting two months in departments that you find interesting and that have potential opportunities for you following graduation from your LRP training.
    • Become entrenched in day-to-day operations
    • Complete projects as assigned by the Division President
  • Visit at least one of our other SPIROL facilities

At the conclusion of your LRP training, you will join one of the multidisciplinary teams mentioned above as a critical member in their advancement.

Recommended Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred
• All technical degrees will be considered
• GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 overall
• Strong commitment to engineering
• Experience or a willingness to learn project management
• A desire to work in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• High attention to detail
• Exemplary ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• High degree of self-motivation to learn, improve, and work towards goals
• Strong planning and organization skills
