Victor 12 is actively seeking an Learning Management System (LMS): Administrative and Customer Support Specialist:, in support of The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). This position is remote. This position is immediate. Candidates must have 2 years of LMS experience.

Responsibilities: :

The Administrative and Customer Support Specialist will provide general administrative and technical support for Success Factors (TMS) and Adobe Learning Manager Learning Management System (LMS). Apply communication, technical, and teamwork skills to support a variety of tasks required by ongoing contract activities, including:

    • Troubleshooting and resolving LMS help desk tickets: to customers’ satisfaction
    • Responding to customer requests in a timely manner through clear, professional email communication
    • Creating and assigning courses, assessments, and evaluations in the LMS, as well as recording, tracking, and reporting completions of these items
    • LMS :end-user and administrator account support
    • Utilizing and maintaining data in other associated systems and databases
    • Formatting raw database data into meaningful reports for customers
    • Reviewing and testing products prior to deployment
    • Creating job aids to assist users in following technical processes
    • Administering “proof-of-concept” scenarios in the LMS test environments to ensure proper administration in the live environments
    • Proofreading and suggesting improvements for reports, manuals, and other formal documents
    • Collaborating with the task leads to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and improvements to team processes

Requirements:

    • The position requires two years: of experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems.:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Demonstrated history of providing reliable customer service, producing well-written and properly formatted documents, and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and flexibility are essential to this position.
    • The successful candidate will be a highly-organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
    • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3 years of related experience; or Associate Degree in related field and 5 years related experience.
    • Acted as an active Learning Management Systems (LMS) administrator for a minimum of 2 years
    • Ability to meet the requirements listed above and other duties assigned for this role.
    • Obtain a PIV Card to support our client, US Citizen or Permanent Resident only

Preferences:

    • A degree in communications or a technical discipline is desirable.
    • Previous experience with Success Factors LMS, Adobe Learning Manager or other learning management systems is highly preferred.
