Nexeo HR is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented individual to fill a leasing agent role for a company in the Ogden, Utah area. Candidate must have great communication skills with a great attention to detail. Must be able to reliably commute to multiple job locations.
Responsibilities
- Preparing leasing agreements for future and current tenants
- Following up on potential tenants and possible leads
- Coordinating with the marketing team to place online ads
- Showing apartments and answering questions about pricing
Qualifications
- Property management experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- A friendly demeanor and a positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Pay
$17-$18 per hour
Schedule
9 AM – 6 PM | Monday – Friday
