Leasing Consultant Job at MLP Management, LLC
A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant for Aventura at Hawk Ridge, a new construction community. The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the development. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents
- Answer telephones and internet leads
- Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting
- Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
- Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate
- Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.
- Assist with day to day operations
- Weekends required
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous Multi-Family Leasing or sales experience in the retail industry
- Previous lease-up experience a plus
- Ability to provide amazing customer service, is detailed oriented, and high energy
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
