Fogelman is hiring for a leasing consultant position at Lake Cameron Apartments, a 328 unit community located in the Apex area of Raleigh. We are looking for experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic Leasing Consultants who want to be a part of the ever-growing Fogelman family! The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales or apartment leasing, strong with marketing, excellent customer service skills, tech savvy, ability to work Saturdays, creative, professional & friendly.

LEASING CONSULTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years' experience as a Leasing Professional in Property Management or sales
• Experienced with virtual and in person community tours
• Advanced working knowledge of social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs) with proven skills
• Superior marketing skills (familiar with the local market)
• Enthusiastic, Outgoing and Professional
• Saturdays required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work weekends
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Enjoys planning & hosting resident social events
• Exceptional customer service & relationship building skills
• Working knowledge of Yardi and Yieldstar preferred
