LEGAL PROCESS ASSISTANT III Job at Kittitas County
The Kittitas County Upper District Court is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Legal Process Assistant III. This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefits-eligible, union position located in Cle Elum, WA. The Legal Process Assistant III performs a wide variety of technical record-keeping, clerical, and financial duties. Anyone who meets the qualifications stated in the job description is encouraged to apply. This position will close on 2/09/2023.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for performing administrative functions such as processing forms, court orders, and documentation for court cases from origin to final disposition.
- Responsible for performing legal functions such as monitoring civil, criminal and traffic violations.
- Responsible for general accounting and cashier functions such as account reconciliation, cashier reports and journal entries.
- Responsible for other functions within the Lower District Court when other court staff is absent.
